Ryan has over 15 years of managerial and administrative experience, with over 10 of those years here at IA. He performs daily accounting and insurance-related activities to meet the facility's billing demands, maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, collects and processes significant amounts of verification and accreditation information, and thus must constantly maintain and update accurate databases for practitioners and facilities and more.

He sees internal and external customers not as people to satisfy but simply as people. He doesn't see customers as numbers. They're real people who have real needs. Ryan gains a real sense of fulfillment and purpose from taking care of those needs.
