I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, Mediator and I have 25 years of experience in providing counseling, testing and assessment for children, adolescents, adults and families. I treat behavioral problems, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma from violence and abuse, anxiety disorders, stress management, anger management, phase of life/adjustment issues, relational problems, work related issues and self empowerment. I utilize various modalities such as solution-focused, behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, deep relaxation and mindfulness practice. I am also trained in EMDR, Medical Hypnotherapy, Family Reconciliation/Family Intervention Mediation and a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist. I enjoy working with all ages and can also provide these services to those who are Spanish speaking.
